REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and ongoing optimisation to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and implement innovative strategies to drive continuous improvement.

As the Digital Product Manager, you will devise end-to-end roadmaps for clients across a range of web & app builds and developments. You will be part of a small, boutique agency who are continuing to scale at pace, offering great L&D and professional growth / career development opportunities. You will work in sprints with clients, where you will blend analytics, insight, technology and strategy and be a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
THE ROLE
- Help drive media reporting analytics, delivering actionable insights
- Pull together multiple media metrics from on and offline sources to support the marketing effectiveness story
- Use SQL to query in any database (reporting and dashboarding)
- Understand client and client needs before querying and analysing the data to present back as insights to the key stakeholders with the aim of driving decision-making
- Optimise investments, media ROI, campaigns and advertisements
