ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Digital Marketing Specialist you will play a key role in the support of our marketing efforts across a range of technology products and value-add services for all three go-to-market brands: JB Hi-Fi Business, JB Hi-Fi Education, and The Good Guys Commercial. The role is responsible for the development, implementation and management of Group Commercial marketing campaigns through various channels, including Social Media, PPC, website, email marketing and SEO.
YOU WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across our LinkedIn, Facebook, X and Instagram accounts
- Developing monthly content schedules, draft copy, and create/schedule posts
- Creating and optimising PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, and other social media advertising, to drive qualified leads to our e-commerce portals
- Updating website page content and banner advertising to align with our latest product releases, promotions, campaigns, partner initiatives etc
- Utilising analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts and provide regular insights to inform future content and improve our online effectiveness
- Managing and monitoring social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Working with Campaign Leads to ensure all relevant marketing calendars are up to date and brainstorm digital strategies
To be successful in this role you will be:
- Proficient in PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, website, SEO and SEM
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within Technology, Retail, Ecommerce, or a similar industry
- Relevant degree or other relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital, Communications, PR, or a related discipline
- Knowledge and experience using Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot) or a similar enterprise marketing automation platfor
