- 2+ year experience of brand and digital marketing experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create engaging and compelling content
- Experience in tech or product-driven companies, including working in a brand or design studio in high-growth environments driving end-to-end campaign management.
- A storyteller at heart, you can articulate ideas and write creative concepts that link users’ needs and experiences with design and business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and Google Adwords
- Experience in Salesforce / Pardot is a plus
- Highly self-motivated, attention to detail, business outcome-focused, collaborative, and comfortable in building new competencies.
- An ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and work with deadline
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We seek an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to champion conceptualizing and delivering innovative campaigns to drive our aggressive growth strategy in B2C. This is an incredible opportunity for a dynamic individual to fast- track Matific’s global growth in the Edtech space. Fast-paced and challenging; the role will give you opportunities to experiment, explore and innovate in today’s ever- evolving digital world. This role is based out of our head office in Sydney CBD.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualize and deliver innovative campaigns across all mediums, working alongside the global marketing team.
- Make complex ideas simple (and visual)
- Continue your obsession with branding and stay across new trends and marketing innovation - particularly in digital ads, mobile marketing, and social media.
- Lead B2C acquisition initiative with your creative campaign ideas and use campaign and A/B test insights to optimize them.
- Coordinate with agencies to plan activities, monitor performance and optimize investment.
- Work with our team of creative and technical specialists
- Create and publish engaging content for platforms such as websites, social media, blog, etc.
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent content production and timely delivery.
- Analyze content performance metrics such as views, engagement, and conversion rates to inform future content strategies.
