Mixhers Hormone Health is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Director of Marketing to manage email and SMS channels, develop customer communication strategies, and execute targeted campaigns. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn bottom-of-funnel marketing techniques while promoting women’s health.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and SMS marketing tools.

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Email and SMS Management: Oversee email and SMS campaign planning, scheduling, and deployment to engage with our customer base effectively. Ensure timely delivery and monitor performance metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Customer Communication Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive strategies for communicating with customers throughout their journey—segment audiences based on demographics, behavior, and preferences to deliver personalized messages and offers.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including content creation, design, audience targeting, and deployment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Bottom-of-Funnel Marketing: Learn and apply advanced strategies for bottom-of-funnel marketing, focusing on converting leads into customers and driving sales. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Organizational Excellence: Maintain meticulous organization of campaign assets, schedules, and performance reports. Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing, women’s health, and customer engagement.
