Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns
- Be responsible for consistent multi-channel growth and performance improvements (SEO, social media, community marketing, ads, etc.)
- Regularly measure performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Benchmark and analyze campaigns of other market participants and competitors
- Use the best digital marketing practices, monitors new and emerging technologies and solutions in order to identify opportunities for innovations and enhancement
- Adapt and learn quickly, pivoting strategies as needed to respond to performance metrics and market feedback
- Proven experience of 3+ years in diverse marketing roles, with a portfolio that demonstrates successful campaigns across various marketing channels
- Fluent English (C1)
- Strong analytical skills, with a propensity for data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas and strategies
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, project-driven environment, with the ability to pivot tasks and strategies quickly
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new contexts and work environments, and be open to feedback and continuous improvement
