QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years proven working experience in marketing or digital content creation.
  • Previous experience in the cosmetic medicine industry (desirable).
  • Experience with ad campaigns and ad management tools (YouTube, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload, meet deadlines and achieve KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms and website analytics.
  • Must be authorised to work in Australia.

  • Execute social media strategy, including photo and video shoots, scheduling, collaboration, and reporting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Coordinate in-house events and promotional activities.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and optimise strategies.
