Description:

Nemours is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Nemours Children’s Health team. The position is based in DE, though can work remotely.
The Digital Marketing Specialist provides support for digital campaign management including campaign implementation, website updates, optimization, testing, and performance insights reporting. You will join a growing and innovative digital team and collaborate with business partners across the enterprise on a wide variety of projects.

Essential Functions:

  • Partner with digital agencies to provide support and analysis for all digital marketing initiatives, including paid search, paid social, email, SEO and display advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research on Google campaigns to continually optimize performance and increase conversion rates while lowering average CPC.
  • Manage and update Google My Business listings to increase visibility of both locations and physicians.
  • Identify trends and insights; optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Plan, execute, and measure A/B experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Partner with Digital Campaign Manager to continually optimize campaign experiences across paid search, paid social, email marketing and programmatic display.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital campaign management and performance measurement required; 3 years or more years of experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
