Digital Marketing Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of key elements of Rocky’s digital marketing program. With a focus on social media, content development, and our website. You will be responsible for working with internal and external partners to analyze performance and use data to enhance current and future campaigns. Must be well-versed in all areas of digital marketing, must be able to stay ahead of trends and industry developments and uses creativity and analytics to impact performance.
Pay Range: $57,000.00 - $62,000.00

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and management of digital marketing campaigns across various channels and platforms.
• Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns on key social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Help to define and express Rocky’s Brand voice for a consistent tone and execution across channels, stores, etc.…
• Maintain and update Rocky’s website with updated content, landing pages, banners, etc.…
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop compelling and effective marketing material aligned with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with Ace Hardware to maximize Ace marketing initiatives for Rocky’s locations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments and share best practices.
• Assist in design of physical and virtual signage for campaigns or individual stores as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience (Business, Marketing or Communications.
• 2-3 years Marketing experience, retail marketing a plus.
• Strong ability in design platforms: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva
• Strong ability in Microsoft Office/Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to evaluate campaign performance.
• Experience with web-based email platforms and software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Some limited travel may be required.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Illustrator, and strong design skills.
