The Digital Marketing Specialist will help manage the marketing activation of campaigns and initiatives. We are looking for someone with experience developing and activating digital marketing, particularly content marketing. This position will collaborate with internal sales, marketing and creative teams, and external partners. This role will facilitate and support the creation of insights and analysis and prepare reports and presentations to socialize outcomes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Apply project management principles to digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content creation, social media marketing, email marketing, and more.
• Assist in providing structure to marketing teams and projects by defining workflows and processes.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
• Write attractive English-language copy for a wide variety of media, including digital ads, PR materials, website content, social media, infographics, video scripts, technical papers, blogs, etc.
• Work in a team to brainstorm new creative concepts driven by exciting headlines
• Translate technical jargon into engaging, benefit-driven copy
• Work closely with head technical writer, social media, web and design, and launch team for daily tasks
• Power industry knowledge is a plus
  Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Advertising/Media, Journalism, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing project management
• Proven work experience as Digital marketing specialist
• Experience with Workfront is a plus (or similar platforms)
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
• Strong cross-functional and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up, team environment
• Understanding of marketing statistics, KPIs and benchmarks
• Good understanding of digital marketing principles
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Good understanding of websites, content management systems, social media, digital advertising, and user experience
