The Product Group at Theta is a dynamic team with the goal of developing and driving substantial growth from our portfolio of SaaS solutions, including EVA Check-in, Helpfruit, Glasstrail, and more.
We have an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing specialist to join our group. This role could be for you if you love:

- Trying new ideas and keeping up with marketing trends
- Taking ownership of delivery and working collaboratively with the team
- Using a combination of no-cost, low cost and paid tactics to drive growth.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop and execute impactful campaigns, manage their performance, and deliver a strong return on investment. You’ll also be responsible for the websites and landing pages, brands, asset creation and managing suppliers (when used). You will work closely with developers, customer success, and product management.
We value flexibility and are willing to consider both part-time (30 hours) and full-time arrangements for the right person. We have a strong preference for an Auckland based person to allow for in-person collaboration with the Head of Product.
Skills and experience | Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako
- A minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- A solid understanding of audience targeting and how to surface the right message to the right audience at the right time
- Online ad platforms (Google, Linked In etc ) creating, testing, optimising, and monitoring campaigns
- Excellent content copywriting including researching and interviewing customers as appropriate– e.g. case studies, social posts, web copy, flyers
- Website management and SEO including monitoring analytics
- Marketing asset creation i.e. using Canva as well being able to provide direction to designers for more complex assets.
- Organisation of conference event stands (infrequent)
- Monitoring budgets on monthly and annual basis
- Energy and enthusiasm to drive growth
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with context switching across brands
Tools you’ll be working with include: Webflow, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Analytics, D365 Marketing, SEMRush, Reddit, Search Console, Wynter, and Storylane. Experience with some or all of these is a plus.
