Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The Digital Marketing Specialist based in Toronto is responsible for supporting the Company Brand Marketing team with social media management, including websites and online communities such as Facebook, and Instagram. The Digital Marketing Specialist will provide exceptional customer service by responding to all consumer inquiries (email, telephone, social media). This role will also provide general support for brand marketing initiatives, innovation projects and trade marketing programs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop a strong digital/social media strategy for Company Owned brands, working closely with the Brand Management team
- Manage all content creation/localization, formatting, posting, monitoring, reporting, and responding for social media properties. May also include, PR agency briefing & approving influencer social media content.
- Ongoing website and social media page management for Company Owned Brands. This includes, creating social media content tied to our Events as well as on-site social media content creation
- Act as front-line consumer response for Company-Owned brands (email, telephone, social media)
- Work with 3rd party media, creative and promotional agencies as required
- Cross functional support between different stakeholders teams
