Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Coordinator works closely with senior management to support the planning and execution of customer marketing platforms. You will support the creation and delivery of incredible customer-facing content on our social media platforms.

Job Duties and Expectations:

  • Develop, manage and coordinate marketing strategies and content across all digital platforms.
  • Monitor dealership websites to ensure basic elements are ALWAYS present and accurate – pictures, descriptions, pricing, team photos etc..
  • Assisting dealership management with strategic initiatives and programs to market current promotions to our customer base and our digital platforms (Web, Social, SEM) for all departments (New, Used, Service and Parts departments)
  • Develop digital strategy in concert with business vision, mission and values.
  • Execute SEM across appropriate platforms.
  • Coordinate with the sales, service, and fixed ops to produce effective strategies for promotions.
  • Monitor current campaigns and performance. Make adjustments and communicate with front line team when appropriate.
  • Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
  • Post on all platforms maintaining brand standards.
  • Create content working with dealership teams when possible.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration, or equivalent.
  • 1 - 3 years of direct work experience in a marketing capacity.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key business partner.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Self-motivating with excellent work ethic.
  • Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer skills and understanding of technology.
  • Understanding and expertise in brand building and brand management, as well as managing profiles on social media platforms.
  • High level of proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator is an asset.
