Because People Matter. BPM LLP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. Reporting directly to the Demand Generation Manager, this role will be instrumental in scaling our digital marketing efforts, with a primary focus on managing our website and executing campaigns through HubSpot. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and creativity to drive impactful results in alignment with our firm’s objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management and marketing operations.
  • 5+ years of WordPress experience. Proficiency in website development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.
  • 5+ years hands-on HubSpot experience.
  • 3+ years vendor management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision-making and optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of ADA website compliance standards and best practices.
  • Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
