Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote (with travel expected to Zyris headquarters in Goleta, CA). Must be based in our nexus to hire (CA, AZ, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, NC, NY, OH, SD, TN, WA, OR).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of executing and managing digital marketing strategies.
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and web analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent time management and project management skills.
- High emotional intelligence, effective communicator & collaborator.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and passion for innovation.
- Experience in the dental or medical device industry is a plus.
Brand Engagement and Customer Experience:
- Enhance brand engagement and customer experience across digital channels.
- Foster brand loyalty and advocacy through compelling content and community engagement

Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy Implementation
- Support the execution of a holistic multi-channel digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition through effective strategy implementation.
Campaign Performance Optimization:
- Continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI.
- Increase conversion rates through ongoing campaign optimization and A/B testing.
Brand Engagement and Customer Experience:
- Enhance brand engagement and customer experience across digital channels.
- Foster brand loyalty and advocacy through compelling content and community engagement.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Utilize data analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and consumer behavior.
- Extract actionable insights to improve customer retention and segmentation strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives to achieve an increase in marketing-generated leads.
Budget Management and Support:
- Adhere to and support the digital marketing budget requirements.
- Allocate resources to high-impact initiatives and optimize ROI for effective budget management.
Additional Role Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager as assigned.
- Collaborate with other members of the Marketing team as needed.
