  • Marketing agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, communicate, and oversee the implementation of comprehensive client programs, leveraging advanced digital tools alongside traditional methods, including SEO, SEM, Social, Web Dev, and Content Marketing, integrating AI and automation where applicable.
  • Determine key performance indicators (KPIs) for each client’s program, incorporating analytics to measure program activity and success.
  • Build strong relationships with clients based on trust, integrity, and accountability, utilizing personalized insights to exceed expectations.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with clients through face-to-face meetings and video-conferencing, providing comprehensive reporting to ensure clear communication of all program aspects.
  • Collaborate closely with account teams to optimize campaign performance and streamline processes, utilizing AI and automation tools for efficient workflow management.
  • Work closely with new clients and account teams to ensure a seamless transition and clear definition of expectations when launching new programs.
