What You’ll Be Doing
As a Digital Marketing Writer, you’ll be using your writing skills to craft engaging content to support CIBC’s digital marketing campaigns. Working within an Agile Marketing pod, you will collaborate with teams from across the bank to bring CIBC’s brand to life and help guide clients to the right financial products for them.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Content creation: You will work collaboratively to create content for web pages, online ads, paid search, and other digital marketing materials. Your content will integrate accessibility and SEO best practices and will meet CIBC’s editorial and voice and tone standards.
  • Communicate with confidence: Solid interpersonal skills are a must. You will be collaborating with diverse stakeholders, sales analysts, and pod members such as visual designers, translators, and developers. You will be presenting your work to partners within the bank and integrating feedback as needed.
  • Development and collaboration: You will be managing multiple initiatives at once, which means you’ll be relying on your organizational and time management skills. You will work closely with visual designers and will be part of a collaborative, cross-disciplinary Agile pod.

Who You Are

  • You’re passionate about people. You find meaning in relationships and surround yourself with a diverse network of partners. You build trust through respect and authenticity.
  • You put our clients first. You engage with purpose to find the right solutions. You go the extra mile because it’s the right thing to do.
  • You understand that success is in the details. You notice things that others don’t. Your critical thinking skills help to inform your decision-making.
  • You embrace and champion change. You’ll continuously evolve your thinking and the way you work to deliver your best.
  • You give meaning to data. You enjoy investigating complex problems and making sense of information. You’re confident in your ability to communicate detailed information in an impactful way.
  • Values matter to you. You bring your real self to work and you live our values - trust, teamwork, and accountability.
