Digital Media Supply Chain Analyst

Our Gabb Music team is looking for a detail oriented and attentive Digital Media Supply Chain Analyst to join them and oversee the flow of content from delivery to publishing. This role will be crucial in ensuring that Gabb Music can deliver high-quality experiences to users reliably. In this role, you will also:

  • Manage partnerships with external and internal partners such as digital content owners and technical partners.
  • Ensure smooth ingestion of digital files from external digital content owner partners.
  • Maintain and update a content library, ensuring that all media assets are correctly categorized and searchable.
  • Analyze and streamline the digital supply chain processes, informing on ingestion metrics.
  • Provide schedule and planning data for content and curation purposes.
  • Participate in product development with our product manager and engineering team to ensure best practices are applied from a supply chain perspective.
  • Ensure that all content complies with legal and licensing agreements.
  • Perform quality checks on media assets and metadata to maintain high standards.
