We are currently on the lookout for a Digital Operations Specialist to join our Albany based Support Centre team.
The Digital Operations Specialist is responsible for the delivery of the operational support of the digital customer experience products. This Includes the support and running of all elements of our websites (retail and trade) and digital products within the physical store experience. You’ll be collaborating directly with customers, support centre teams & store team members to provide exception operational support. Including informing the development backlog for the product delivery teams

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Run effective change management and assist with the introduction of new omnichannel digital experiences such as wayfinding, customer onboarding, insights dashboards and new payment types
  • Capture insight to assist in shaping the product roadmap for all digital experience products
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that digital customer experiences align with and meet customer expectations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in the operational running and support of digital experiences/products
  • Technological competence and ability to translate customer/team member insight into actionable development items
  • Problem solving oriented, analysis skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical skills
  • Empathy for our customers and drive to create amazing customer experiences.
