Responsibilities:

Provide resolution of more complex support tickets whilst also offering support to our other Operations Support specialists on complex issues. Working within the team to test and apply fixes and improvements, you will be responsible for ensuring solutions provide long term benefits for Selwyn District Council.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide second level support on the Digital Operations Help Desk, enabling Council staff to deliver their business outcomes through technology solutions.
  • Play a key role in the delivery of Operational Technology projects, taking a lead in the trouble shooting and maintenance of the Selwyn District Council digital environment.
  • Provide innovative solutions through the application of in-depth knowledge of digital systems.
  • Create, maintain and enhance support documentation to assist the performance of all support staff.
  • Effectively contribute and participate in the learning and growing culture of the Digital team.
  • Keep a security first focus in all solutions that you provide.
