Description:

TERRABOOST MEDIA IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED DIGITAL OOH (OUT OF HOME) INVENTORY SPECIALIST

Terraboost Media operates a massive place-based media network in most major US supermarket chains, pharmacies (including all Rite Aid, CVS, and Walgreens), shopping malls, airports, health clubs (LA Fitness), and more. The place-based billboards dispense sanitizing wipes to consumers, leading to 80%+ consumer engagement. The networks provide tremendous scale, hyper-targeted locations, engaged impressions, and low CPMs.
The DOOH Inventory Specialist is responsible for leading daily interactions with programmatic DOOH partners, such as Vistar Media, PlaceExchange, and other SSPs, supporting Terraboost tech platforms including inventory availability, analytics dashboards, client-facing POP, and any other supply-side products that may be developed in the future.
This role is the first line of support for any back-end inventory management with all platform and tech partners, building AOD / PMP deals for programmatic buyers, supporting the Terraboost sales team availability for custom media proposals, the activation of media plans, and troubleshooting with vendors.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Providing a superior level of customer service to media buyers and to the Terraboost team.
  • Lead onboarding, testing, integrations, and reporting for all DOOH efforts
  • Manage the ongoing implementation of new digital screens in programmatic ad-server and SSPs
  • Monitor campaign pacing and potential optimizations for all direct-sold and programmatic campaigns
  • Daily monitoring of campaigns to ensure 100% delivery
  • Ensure the inventory availability is optimized in ad-server and all SSP and DSP platforms
  • Maintain accurate data of Terraboost inventory and pricing, keeping these details up to date, with correct lat/long, and inventory pictures as necessary
  • Manage customization efforts required for client success
  • Inform the Terraboost sales team about new capabilities and opportunities
  • Receive and verify technical and creative elements for programmatic requests
  • Preparing performance reports and post-campaign analysis
  • Collaborate with Operations and Sales to troubleshoot issues experienced by media buyer
  • Be the first to respond to issues proactively, by implementing solutions or troubleshooting steps immediately and without supervision
  • Daily vigilance of all platforms to identify issues before anyone else
  • Consolidate feedback from sales and buyers to guide innovation and enhancements

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Shows a good knowledge of the Digital OOH industry and key players
  • Expresses ideas and thoughts well verbally and in written form
  • Selects and uses appropriate communication methods and varies communication style to meet needs
  • Exhibits good listening and comprehension
  • Balances team and individual responsibilities and contributes to a positive team spirit
  • Adapts to changing priorities and finds workarounds for delays or unexpected events
  • Has good knowledge of the Vistar ad server (or similar programmatic ad servers) and experience managing digital networks and campaigns via various programmatic SSPs.
  • Demonstrates original critical thinking and creativity

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of account management or related experience.
  • At least 1 year of Hands-on-Keys Programmatic experience (either supply or demand experience is fine)
