We have an exciting and newly created opportunity available to join our Albany, Auckland based Support Centre as a Digital Performance Analyst.
As a Digital Performance Analyst, you will play a key role in optimising and enhancing the Mitre 10 digital experience. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our digital strategy and driving business growth in the competitive retail landscape.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyse digital performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive improvements in user experience, conversion rates, and overall digital experience performance. Leveraging your analytical prowess and proficiency with digital analytics tools, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies that enhance customer engagement and maximize ROI.

• Digitally well-rounded with a passion for digital experiences
• Ability to explain complexity in simple language that enables our stakeholders to understand how technology can drive improved business outcomes
• Strong experience in digital or ecommerce
• Strong understanding of technology enabled experiences and a curiosity for emerging technology
