  • Utilise our online platform to identify clients and convert them into Personal Shopping clients
  • Create unique selling experiences with our clients both on a digital platform & in person
  • Deliver an exceptional service by using individual customer profiles to provide personal recommendations, demonstrating detailed product knowledge and an understanding of each client’s style and requirements
  • Keeping up to date with current trends and launches, you will use events and partnerships to build client relationships
  • Aware of both your individual and departmental targets, you will work to achieve both your individual sales targets and wider KPIs
  • Spot opportunities to improve business, customer service and retail standards. Implementing new and creative selling ideas
  • Increase spend of individuals and develop customer loyalty by understanding their needs and upselling
  • Work confidently and collaboratively with various departments, from the wider personal shopping team, various departments and divisions, to Fashion Workroom, you strive to deliver exceptional service and standards

  • Experienced in delivering in working within a sales driven environment with targets
  • Fashion and product focused, understanding current fashion trends cultural behaviours and trends.
  • Collaborative. Supporting the wider Personal Shopping team, you will help to deliver exceptional service to our customers seeking a unique experience
  • A keen eye for detail. You notice even the smallest details to ensure an excellent experience and luxury environment for our customers
  • Well informed. You are aware of store events, services and launches that may appeal to the Personal Shopping clients
  • A great communicator. You will adapt your style and service to suit customer needs and preference. Genuinely connecting with your customers while guiding them on the services and support that best suit their needs
