QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Level III requires 3-5+ years of configuration and support experience with banking systems in either community, commercial or treasury management. We prefer expertise with retail banking, Digital Banking or small business banking systems and account management including ACH, Wires, Positive Pay and ACH Filter
• Level II requires 1-3 years of configuration and support experience with banking systems in either community, commercial or treasury management. We prefer expertise with retail banking, Digital Banking or small business banking systems and account management including ACH, Wires, Positive Pay and ACH Filter
• Requires experience managing a Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process with Agile and Waterfall.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to build relationships with system stakeholders and the team.
• Excellent organizational, data gathering, documentation and follow-up skills.
• Experience in process discovery, implementation, and management.
• Proven track record in meeting deadlines, quickly and accurately troubleshooting issues, problem-solving and communicating with other business units.
• Position may require occasional travel and overnight stay within our major Midwest offices.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, Business, or equivalent work experience.
