WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in handling digital platforms, including B2C, B2B, and websites. While having any of the following skills would be a plus, we’re also open to training:

  • Understanding of web content and information architecture principles
  • Experience with CMS and PIM systems (B2C and/or B2B)
  • Experience working with the Shopify platform highly valued, Magento also of benefit
  • Intermediate to advance use of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation
  • Basic Web Design and Photoshop skills is advantageous
  • Knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics) and optimization tools
  • Understanding of social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Knowledge of EDM platforms (Campaign Monitor, Survey Monkey) beneficial
  • Knowledge of SEO / SEM beneficial

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Digital Platforms Coordinator at Totally Workwear, your main focus will be ensuring smooth content management across our digital platforms, social channels, and store network. You’ll handle product catalogue maintenance, data updates, and campaign elements. Additionally, your insights and support will contribute to delivering an exceptional digital customer service experience. Join our team and make an impact!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Keep website elements (copy, images, products, store info) up to date.
  • Create accurate product listings with SKU details.
  • Coordinate new product setups via internal and external platforms.
  • Source product assets from preferred suppliers.
  • Monitor product and pricing accuracy.
  • Upload promotional elements and test campaign landing pages.
  • Manage content from marketing calendars across websites and social channels.
  • Schedule and publish national content across franchise stores.
  • Ensure social content pool has supplier brand updates.
  • Generate reports and address non-compliant store posts.
  • Encourage store participation on social media and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with digital agencies for social campaigns.
  • Use Google Analytics for site optimization and customer experience enhancements.
  • Support the TFO digital team in data-related tasks.
