JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Designer to join our Design team. This is the prefect opportunity for you who has 1.3 years of experience and want to develop within the role as a Digital Product Designer.
As a Digital Designer will work closely with our Product and Design System designers to ensure Design language consistency with our Product platform as well as with Creative team and content editors to design, develop and deliver engaging and visually stunning digital assets across various channels.
You will also tackle all aspects of the design and business building process, often through leading interactive workshops and design sprints to foster innovation, collaboration, and alignment between Product design & Marketing teams.

THIS IS YOU

• You are a passionate designer with a proven track record of great Web/UI designs and strategy that meet end-user needs, product requirements and business objectives.
• You have a relevant industry experience designing digital experiences, products and services that balance user needs, business objectives and technological constraints.
• You have an eye for detail and an excellent sense of aesthetics and functionality and are able to create in a rapid iterative Design process.
• You are familiar with tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Notion, etc.
• You are familiar with the Agile software development process and using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• You have experience in building Design Systems, creating and maintaining Design System libraries.
• You embrace innovation and enjoy collaborating with the team to ensure Design System growth.
• You can animate complex design interactions if necessary to support communication with development team to ensure the expected design quality.
• You have excellent professional language skills in English, both verbally and in writing.

It is important for us to work in an organized way and that you are able to self manage through your design sprints and drive design work, workshops and presentations with great time management. • Collaborate with our Design team and CMS Design Lead to refine Design concepts, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project objectives and Brand guidelines.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with our CMS development team during design process, design handoff and design QA sessions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team, SEO and copywriters to work together on content personalization.
• Collaborate with devs and content creators from nordic countries to ensure the design aligns with the CMS functionality an content needs.
• Innovate and contribute to the growth of Nordnet Brand and Design System by creating and maintaining CMS Design component libraries.
• Conduct usability testing sessions and iteratively integrate their findings into your design solutions.Create interactive presentations and showcase your work towards business and various stakeholders.
