About you:
You live and breathe digital. You analyse the customer experience on every website you visit, including this one. You definitely want to be the brains and drive behind amazing digital experiences. You’ve already worked in the e-commerce or self-service space, and you’ve probably got strong opinions on what gets a customer to click ‘Add to cart’. Maybe you’re hungry to work on an award-winning website that’s breaks the industry mould (spoiler: that’s ours). Maybe you want to work in a small, motivated team where you can really make your mark.
About the role:

We’re seeking a Digital Product Lead with a strategic brain and bucket loads of elbow grease. As an energy company, we’re in a hugely competitive market, and our website is a key sales and service channel. You’ll bring our digital strategy to life, making sure we implement the right initiatives to boost online sales and self-service. You’ll optimise existing features on our website and project-manage new ones. This gig is both a thinking and doing role – a great mix of strategy and execution. You’ll contribute to complex digital initiatives and roll up your sleeves to give stakeholders hands-on support. You’ll work in our small digital team and help us (and Momentum) grow.

  • You have solid experience as a digital product lead, product owner or program manager, with e-commerce, self-service or assisted channels experience.
  • You’re motivated to create beautiful digital experiences for customers.
  • Your communication skills are top-notch – you’ll need to sell your vision to senior leaders and keep it sold.
  • You can lay out a business case and drive it forward while working through roadblocks.
  • You can engage stakeholders at various touchpoints. You’ll be dealing with legal, compliance, IT, data & insights, product and marketing teams.
  • You have a solid understanding of UX and front-end development practices.
  • You can work within the agile methodology.
  • We’re a small, tight-knit team and we’re all about backing each other up.
