Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management experienc

  • Experience leading efforts that require integration of multiple technology systems and managing interdependencies
  • Previous product management experience with foundational digital capabilities, particularly for access and authorization, customer communications, and front end development and personalization technologies
  • In depth experience with product delivery, Jira, and Agile

Responsibilities:

The CB / CIB Digital group manages customer-facing digital channels, experiences, and capabilities serving Commercial, Corporate & Investment Banking customers. We bring together a unique set of experts in digital product management, design, and analytics.
The Digital Capabilities group within CB / CIB Digital leads product development for core shared services across access and authorization, customer communication, and front-end enablers. We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Product Management Director to help drive change management across our team, and help ensure that the operations of the team are running smoothly and efficiently from a people, process, and systems perspective.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with Product, Technology, and Risk teams to support product delivery, coordinating the delivery of committed outcomes, and ensuring transparency to risks, dependencies, and impediments
  • Develop operational routines and standardized Jira dashboards to drive efficiencies, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management policy and procedures
  • In concert with leadership, manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives
  • Provide dedicated support to teams on agile cadences, dependency, and risk management, pre and post release management activities and establish strong collaboration across partner product and technology teams
  • Represent the team in larger collaboration forums to communicate statuses, accomplishments, dependencies, and challenges
  • Understand product priorities and consult with dependency partners proactively to manage delivery risks
  • Serve as a SME on enterprise change management procedures, digital standards & policies, and established processes within the product, to keep the team up to date and compliant.
  • Stay on top of resource and scrum team needs, capacity constraints and escalate them to product and delivery leaders in a timely manner.
  • Be a champion for agile transformation and display in depth knowledge and experience to help build strong agile teams
  • As needed, act as Product Owner for product area(s) on interim basis or as identified by the Product Manager
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to define prioritization and strategic goals for the broader team
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
