SKILLS

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the data and analytics sector, with a focus on industries such as manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain, and a track record of large-scale digital product implementations in data and analytics solutions
  • A tenure of at least 5 years in a pivotal role overseeing technical projects or delivery management within the Data and Analytics domain.
  • Mastery in data storytelling, capable of constructing an engaging narrative.
  • Agile responsiveness to evolving requirements and priorities.
  • Demonstrated capability to navigate and overcome obstacles during project progression.
  • Expertise in data engineering, coding practices, and the development of data platforms.

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE

The role is crucial in understanding AEI’s strategic goals and the impact of digital products within the Data and Analytics domain, enhancing business value through data-driven insights, and promoting team collaboration. By effectively prioritizing, this position will articulate the Data and Analytics vision to the digital product team and guide the development journey towards successful product deployment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate and uphold the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AEI’s Digital Products in the Data and Analytics domain.
  • Ensure the digital product roadmap is transparent and comprehensible to all analytics stakeholders.
  • Define the digital product’s value proposition and communicate it effectively to business stakeholders and executives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to delineate digital data product requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to synchronize digital product development with AEI’s strategic aims.
  • Propel the refinement of existing digital products and the creation of innovative offerings in the Data and Analytics space.
  • Proficient in liaising with internal stakeholders, engineers, system integrators and digital product teams.
  • Vigilant monitoring of market trends and the competitive environment. Lead with market research and analysis to explore new trends and technologies and oversee development of business proposals for new opportunities to answer questions using data
  • Organize stakeholder engagements and present digital product showcases.
  • Perform Research and analyze potential partner and customer relationships for the product and ideate to increase revenue, profitability, AEIs KPIS and improve customer experience.
  • Lead the swift execution and achievement of the Data and Analytics strategic objectives, ensuring both quantitative and qualitative targets are met.
  • Facilitate the interaction between stakeholders and digital product team members, managing the full project cycle from business analysis to planning, design, development, and implementation of Data and Analytics digital products.
  • Structure and prioritize the digital product team’s backlog to optimize AEI’s business value using data.
  • Modify the backlog in response to changing customer and business landscapes, continuously validating its alignment with strategic shifts.
  • Advocate for user-centric design and ensure end-user satisfaction.
  • Ascertain that digital products are built on a dependable and scalable data infrastructure.
  • Cooperate with other Digital Product Managers in the realm of data sharing, publication, and product releases.
  • Liaise with the architecture, solutions delivery, and data service operations teams to ensure that designs fulfill business requirements.
  • Maintain the agility and quality of digital products, avoiding the buildup of data debt.
  • Aid in the testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues pertaining to digital products.

Main Deliverables (not limited to) will be:

  • Formulation and governance of the Digital Product Roadmap, Strategy, and Execution Plan.
  • Ideation, exploration, and formulation of Business Cases.
  • Administration of Backlog Prioritization and facilitation of Sprint ceremonies.
  • Development of User-Centric Digital Products and Features.
  • Management of Project Governance and Oversight.
