Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for driving business value through identification, delivery, and optimization of initiatives supporting their product area. This position will work closely with product management, merchandising, marketing, and development teams to create, manage, operationalize, and track features and products critical to RealTruck’s continued market leadership with a focus on the after-market automotive industry.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering business success is required.
- Strong project management experience with platforms like JIRA and Microsoft Project Management.
- Experience in ecommerce, customer service, or supply chain preferred.
SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND KNOWLEDGE
- Ability to work hands on in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to think strategically to develop action-oriented analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, preferred: ERP (NetSuite), Project Management, JIRA, and CRM.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Outstanding data analysis skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to take conceptual instruction and translate them into actionable tasks consistent with agreed-upon goals. Ability to think independently and figure out how to reach solutions to complex problems.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position is subject to sedentary work; Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.
