Digital Product Owner

Are you passionate about online experiences, Omnichannel, business partnering - and have a good technical understanding for the technologies that support modern web solutions? We are looking for Digital Product Owner who will help drive the development roadmap of our MarTech strategies for our direct and indirect marketing channels.
The role will have an important part in enabling business to deliver on our Must Win Battel “Fit for purpose Digital Infrastructure”, defining technical requirements together with the development team, implement, improve, and support of 3Shape’s web and automation platform and partner platforms.
The team Customer Experience and Applications are part of Group IT and a business partner to our commercial functions. In the team we are 10 enthusiastic and very skilled people in the Copenhagen office, ~15 in our Poland office and ~50 people in Ukraine. We help each other, peer relationships, improve and learn new skills is a high priority and we constantly work on becoming a better place to work.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a skilled and organized communicator capable of aligning executives and developers with the company’s direction. We imagine you are comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, both commercial and technical, and like to have multiple balls in the air.

What is more, we envision our ideal candidate as someone who has experience with:

• 3+ years as a Product Owner, preferably for web-based customer facing platforms.
• Scrum and agile methodologies and working with nearshore development teams (Poland & Ukraine).
• Working with different CMS’s (we use Sitecore), CDP (Segment, Exponea), Marketing Automation systems (Marketo), analytics (GA, GTM)
• Working with UX and understanding the importance of user-centric design in the development process.

It is a big plus if you have experience working with microservices, API-first, cloud-native SaaS, and headless architecture.

As a new product owner for our MarTech: 3shape.com and subsites you will be entrusted with converting commercial requirements into user stories, epics, and technical tasks to be implemented by the development team. On top of that you will:

• Maintain the different product backlogs and ensure planning and grooming to ensure consistent and timely deliverables of platform functionalities and features.
• Ability to prioritize and balance requirements and features based on weighing user- and business needs.
• Serve as the anchor point of daily operations and support on your products, ensuring an optimal user experience for 3Shape’s internal stakeholders and various customer segments.
• Work with our UX/UI team in understanding and visualizing use cases and customer journeys related to ongoing web development and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain the platform documentation, including architectural, process, and business diagrams and flow charts.
• Collaborate with 3Shape business units (Sales, Marketing, IT, R&D, and Product Management) to ensure an optimal user experience when consuming or providing cross-platform services.
