Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, design and implement planned and tactical campaign activities on the website
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to understand business drivers, considerations and influence outcomes
  • Partner with data and analytics to develop a deep understanding of customers and customer behaviours to inform decisions and development
  • Define stories and acceptance criteria to deliver minimum viable product for launch and successive iteration and horizon mapping
  • Engage and motivate the production team by communicating the business benefits of releases
  • Ensure adherence to Bupa brand guidelines and design systems to maintain design quality
  • Lead the utilisation of our tech stack across analytics, personalisation, and optimisation capabilities to improve the customer experience for our users
  • Monitor digital sales vs targets and ideate merchandising activities to close any marketshare gaps and exceed FY targets
  • Leverage analytics data to interpret performance and draw insights with recommendations that can be presented to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage and prioritise multiple campaigns at one time ensuring that customer facing deadlines are met and market share opportunities are maximised
  • Collaborate and align with other digital channels, such as email, display and social to improve customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain process that encourage transparency and collaboration across multiple teams
  • Utilise Confluence, Monday.com, Azure Dev Ops and Microsoft teams to encourage collaboration with peers, and with more complex concepts ensure face to face / video interactions
  • Be flexible and have the ability to pivot on initiatives in order to develop and deliver necessary activities for Bupa
  • Engage all necessary SME’s from varying disciplines at the right time across activity strategy and delivery to maximise customer experience and revenue opportunities
  • Lead and mentor our team of Digital Producers
