Description:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Manage the digital platform portfolio for Celtic and our respective clients.
- Must be organized and efficient at time management and prioritization to
deliver on schedule and on budget.
- Engage with various teams across departments and work with clients to create
innovative solutions which exceed client expectations on time and on budget.
- Experience in managing and implementing digital platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and to deliver to budget and specification.
- Detail oriented and a desire to produce flawless deliverables.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and email marketing platforms.
- 3+ years of experience in a digital agency environment
- Bachelor Degree in marketing, advertising, digital communications or similar

- Closely collaborate with all team members to articulate vision and UI design.

- Closely collaborate with all team members to articulate vision and UI design.
- Develop wireframes, both static and working, that align with established project
objectives and present to both the internal team and client, as needed.
- Maintain and recommend UX trends and options as they surface.
- Assist creative team with design concepting and production.
- Website Management
- Assist in concepting website strategies
- Create site maps based on client discovery meetings
- Review designs against strategy and ensure adherence to project scope.
- Review existing client websites and identify content optimization opportunities
- Communicate with development team or other vendors as necessary.
- Manage documentation per project scope, as needed.
- QA testing for accuracy.
- Email Marketing
- Manage and develop emails from template creation and design to content
uploading and distribution as defined by the strategy
- Collaborate with the content and client services team to ensure emails are ontarget and exceed client expectation
- Review email analytics to identify areas of optimization, note what’s performing
well, and communicate to the team(s)
- Data Mining and Reporting
- Utilize analytics platforms to proactively mine data to identify key performance
indicators that may/are impacting Celtic and our clients’ business, digitally.
- Maintain analytics platforms as trends and options surface.
- Present findings on an established basis, as budgets allow.
- Content Management
- Upload content in various Content Management Systems (CMS) such as
Sitecore, Umbraco, WordPress, to name a few
- Attend any necessary CMS training as required by Celtic and clients
- Collaborate with Celtic team members to establish scheduled content
management calendars to ensure all digital properties stay relevant and
timely. This includes proactively scanning existing digital properties and
seeking out content update opportunities
