JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the process of listing new assets to the platform, ensuring smooth integration and compliance by collaborating with product, legal, and compliance teams.
Manage and enhance operational tools, aiming to increase efficiency and effectiveness through data analysis-driven improvements.
Coordinate and support the execution of projects and initiatives within the company, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and development.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
