Digital Project Manager

Engage Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital products to our clients. You will collaborate with our technical team and communicate with the client to ensure that tasks and projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Tasks

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

• Foster collaboration and teamwork among cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and other stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure efficient execution and timely delivery of features, fixes, etc.
• Communicate project progress, status updates, and risks to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage project scope, budget, and resources effectively, tracking and controlling project expenses and ensuring adherence to budget constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English languages.
• Proven experience (at least 3 years) in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Asana and Jira.
• A passion for technology and innovation.

The starting salary begins at a gross of 2,900 euros per month (14x/year, KV). Depending on the respective qualifications, a higher compensation corresponding to higher qualifications is possible.
