EXPERIENCE AND LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment
- Preferably Digital (Remote) Experience, specifically in high volume of customer facing experience, phone-centric work
- High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM/ Contact Management System
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
Responsibilities:
The purpose of this position is to extend SAP’s market coverage in the Enterprise Growth segment by generating new pipeline through:
- Executing Targeted Outbound Campaigns via phone, chat and email. For targeted outbound campaigns, leads will be qualified according to the applicable methodology, and handed over to Sales using standard global process.
- Building, progressing and converting pipeline.
- Nurturing leads received from other demand generation functions and progressing stalled pipeline.
Digital Sales Development Executives generate and qualify leads through proper means, and nurture leads and opportunities, and eventually hand over fully qualified leads to their assigned account executives for further sales progress.
