In Digital Business, we are seeking a highly skilled person to join our team and take responsibility for managing and improving digital product selection and commerce across multiple Product Lines and customer segments. As our new Digital Sales Expert, you will join an internal team of 10 professionals, and you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and consistent representation of products, improving customer experience, and driving sales through an effective digital journey.
The position is based in Kolding or Nordborg, Denmark, reporting to the Digital Sales Director, Simon Tholstrup.

BACKGROUND & SKILLS

The ideal candidate possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in digital sales, ideally B2B.
  • Project Management: The ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively, and to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Result-driven with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and taking the initiative in managing a wide range of different stakeholders.
  • Be an energetic and positive team player who can work in an agile environment.
  • Experience as team lead.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP, PIM (Stibo Step) and DCS products in general is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

You will focus your efforts on improving the digital product presentation and optimizing sales on our digital channels. In addition, you will be team lead for a small international team working with multiple stakeholders throughout the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drive initiatives based on commercial and analytical insights to improve product presentation and sales in e.g., the Danfoss Product Store, design tools and apps.
  • Own the product selection and buy phases in our digital sales channels, defining user journeys and product selectors.
  • Be the overall responsible for categories and filters in the digital product catalogue.
  • Support Product Lines (Lines of Business) in their effort to enhance catalogue quality as well as aligning expectations and ways of working.
  • Generate change- and feature requests to improve digital user experience and conversion.
  • Assume the role of a team lead by assigning practical tasks to an international team and ensuring completion within the established timeline.
  • Develop your competencies into becoming the expert on the digital catalogue and ecommerce.
  • Work closely with other teams to identify priority improvement areas.
