Description:

CI Games, the publisher & developer behind successful titles like Lords of the Fallen, the Sniper Ghost Warrior franchise, and exciting releases from United Label (Tails of Iron, Röki, Eldest Souls etc), is seeking a results-oriented and organized Digital Sales Manager to join our team in Western Europe.
In this strategic role, you’ll be a champion for our games, forging new partnerships and exceeding sales goals across a diverse portfolio (70% of the time). The remaining 30% will see you nurturing existing relationships with key partners, ensuring their continued success with our titles.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for CI Games and United Label titles across a variety of digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global teams at first-party publishers like Sony, Steam, Epic, Nintendo, and Microsoft.
  • Cultivate relationships with key 3rd party PC digital storefronts.
  • Negotiate and secure optimal placements and commercial deals for CI Games titles.
  • Make sure all our products are listed by our partners.
  • Be responsible for the lifecycle management of all our games digitally.
  • Manage sales forecasts and reports, ensuring accurate data and projections.
  • In line with all the stakeholder expectations you will be responsible for pricing across all digital partners / territories.
  • Help set pricing & promotions across all digital distribution channels.
  • Analyse, review and recommend new potential digital distributionchannels or partners to exploit.
  • Collaborate with VP of Global Sales and internal teams (Marketing, PR, Development) to maximize sales success.
