Responsibilities:
Join our Digital Services team as a Digital Services Capture Operator (Data Entry), where you’ll play a vital role in converting customer data into a digital format while adhering to client requirements and company policies.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining keying speeds, completing tasks on time, assisting with document processing, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our production processes. You’ll also interact professionally with clients and handle administrative duties as needed, along with:
- Maintain data entry minimum keying speeds
- Assist with document receipt, preparation, scanning, and keying
- Keeping familiarity with client expectations as outlined in Work Instructions
- Understanding of capture work queues and Canon systems
- Maintaining knowledge of the front-end process in MAP
- Accurate completion of timesheets and task sheet
