REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • University Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Life Sciences discipline or Business/ Commerce.
  • At least two years of marketing experience (experience in the Pharmaceutical, OTC or FMCG sector is a plus).
  • Able to develop digital campaigns from concept to delivery and execution.
  • Proficient in digital omnichannel engagement strategies and execution.
  • Evidence of strategic thinking capability, specifically in the digital space and robust understanding of the HCP digital engagement opportunities.
  • Committed to understanding and meeting customer needs and understanding and experience with relevant internal SOP’s and the certification process of promotional material.
  • Start up mentality. You like to roll up your arms and implement things pragmatically.
  • Collaborates effectively with and through others to achieve shared goals, including ability to work across specialist functions, e.g., Finance, Medical Affairs, Business Practices, Policy, and Market Access.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and confidence in English and preferably other languages, like German, Norwegian, Dutch, Swedish and Finnish.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital infrastructure cross-functionally with our Business Units, CRM & Data Team on a cross country level.
  • Identify, explore and observe the multi-channel and media landscape of our therapeutic areas to improve customer access and interaction through adequate channels and formats based on data and market research.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the channel preferences and communication habits of the target groups relevant to our products in Organon CNE based on customer knowledge database.
  • Support the planning and execution of customer interactions with strong digital focus. In this context, you will define KPIs and benchmarks for their evaluation and coordinate them with the operating departments.
  • Ensure that our Sales Reps have a digital infrastructure that allows them to focus on their customer calls and meetings.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy, collaborate in a wide cross functional team to transform the CNE franchise strategy into implementation plans and tactics for our existing brands across key markets.
  • Drive long-term digital franchise strategy, pro-actively liaise and collaborate with global and regional colleagues including helping to shape the global strategy.
  • Public Affairs and Communication, work closely with the communication and public affairs teams to develop and execute communication strategies related to policy or corporate policy initiatives.
