• Strong understanding of Source to Contract processes in the outsourcing industry.
• Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management process
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management systems and tools. Knowledge of digital sourcing technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Familiarity with emerging digital trends and innovations in procurement.
• Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams Nice to have Project Management Certification or Project IT related experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Act as Digital Sourcing Solution Expert for multiple Digital Sourcing Solutions within Chain IQ Ecosystem, thought requirements engineering, design, build and implementation phase.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including legal, sourcing, and business teams, to understand their contract management needs and requirements
• Develop and execute the Digital Sourcing Solution strategy aligned with Chain IQ’s goals and objectives
• Involved in various client transition projects, process reengineering and change management as well as offering of the Chain IQ Multi Client Solution.
• Delivering Training Framework for Chain IQ Clients, reviewing business process documentation as part of the Initiation and Planning Client Onboarding phases: S2C.
• Analyze and identify areas for automation, standardization, and optimization for Source to Contract process.
• Support service and product customization for clients in collaboration with Business Development and Sales.
• Ensure smooth deployment of Contract Lifecycle Management process and solution to new Clients, user training, and change management during the implementation phase
• Support Transformation Program projects as requested.
• Lead the transition and onboarding of Chain IQ clients to the Sourcing Managed Service, RFP Analysis and Contract Lifecycle Management Chain IQ is a leading global independent indirect procurement service company providing strategic, tactical, and operational procurement services for its clients.
