ABOUT THE ROLE

As Digital Strategy Consultant you play a key role in supporting organizations in identifying new growth opportunities, developing new ventures and becoming more innovative, efficient, customer-centric and data-enabled. Many times your projects will start by building an understanding of clients’ current state, then defining an attractive target state, and finally building a feasible roadmap supported by business case calculation. Typically, you lead and work as part of a multidisciplinary team and act as a trusted advisor to our key clients.
Our client portfolio is very wide, offering lots of different project opportunities among a variety of industries covering many of the biggest listed companies in Finland. We value your previous experience from a wide range of private sector industries and organizations.
Your homebase will be in Finland, either Helsinki or Tampere as your home office. We work in a flexible hybrid way, but actively engage with our clients, requiring some travel to meet the clients.

The recipe for success in this role includes:

• Around 3-5+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on either business or technology strategies OR experience from leading AI/digital strategy in a in-house position
• Understanding from both business and technology matters as many of our projects are in the intersection of business and technology
• Preferably you have experience on strategic advisory projects and you are able to communicate and document your thoughts into crisp and clear presentations
• Ability to lead consulting projects and small teams
• Suitable higher education degree from e.g. business, tech, industrial or other fields.
• Strong management consulting toolbox to help you analyze, structure and present complex client problems
• Exposure to business design methodologies, frameworks and tools is considered as an advantage
• Earlier experience from sales and creating proposals is considered as an advantage
