Work Location: 8 Gul Circle Singapore 629564
Working Hours: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Company Transport Provided: Joo Koon MRT

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Demonstrate initiative and alignment with company mission and core values in all assigned tasks.
  • Provide proactive help desk support for users and sites, primarily through remote technology including computer, network, printers, audio-visual, and mobile devices.
  • Participate in the setup and maintenance of organizational-wide server, network and hardware infrastructure including preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Configure settings and permissions to resolve computer issues and analyze data to diagnose system problems.
  • Maintain IT documentation such as maintenance records, software configurations, inventory and movements.
  • Liaise with users and application vendors to provide application support and resolve incidents.
  • Manage vendors for hardware rectification or maintenance works.
  • Assist in project planning, application management and coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Troubleshoot network problems and build net configurations and connections (preferred).
  • Contribute to the execution of the WTS (Workplace Transformation Services) transformation roadmap particularly in change management processes using digital/technology tools.
  • Serve as an ambassador to promote the usage and adoption of digital/technology within the organization.
  • Manage user expectations considering budget and timeline constraints.Perform other tasks, duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in M365 and SharePoint setup and administration is preferred.Flexibility for occasional travel to other worksites and availability for after-hours support.
