The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and managing websites and other digital platforms, ensuring that the content of the website is well structured, easy-to-find, up-to-date and accurate and being responsible for channel and tool management: CMS, CRM systems or gSites,
- Understanding the business partner’s preferences, identifying the unmet needs, suggesting new digital tactics and opportunities for the business partner to reach goals by consulting with global stakeholders and providing full support in digital content and platform management and development,
- Monitoring and replying to customer queries received via inbox and/or global social media channels and/or ticketing system,
- Establishing process governance principles, maintaining proper documentation within the scope of responsibility and setting up dashboards, exporting data and reports,
- Planning and coordinating some or all aspects of projects related to digital solutions from initiation to project close continuously focusing the team on the value to be delivered on-time within budget constraints
