Description:

Hours: Commensurate with the position of your role within the organisation, you will be required to adopt a flexible approach to the hours worked and which may be necessary for the proper performance of your duties.
Normal office hours of 09:00 – 17:00pm with an unpaid lunch break of half an hour, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY

Part of the commercial team, this role will lead from the front to champion digital and technology projects, with primary focus to act as the voice of the customer to drive Fraikin technology and use of telematics roadmap, through the adoption of digital technologies, to provide customer insight and adding true value for our customers and the business.
Engaging with key stakeholders and Group to shape and lead the development and delivery of value creating services and features for our customers and internal customer support teams, to increase customer loyalty, reduce administration and drive operational efficiencies and service improvements.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • adhere to all statutory requirements regarding fire, health, safety and hygiene.
  • participate in cross / multi-skilled training within your department or other departments as deemed appropriate by your Manager.
  • carry out any reasonable instruction as directed by a Manager [or Director]
  • deal with all internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  • maintain a high level of dress and appearance at all times adhering to PPE where the role requires this
  • attend any training sessions as requested and adhere to all company regulations.
  • from time to time you may be required to carry out duties outside the normal sphere of work as may be reasonably requested by Management.

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead the technology and telematics roadmap to enhance our capabilities to deliver superior customer experience, creating added value propositions to differentiate Fraikin from its competitors
  • Work cohesively with Fraikin group strategy and European colleagues
  • Promote the effective integration and use of Fraikin’s MySMARTFLEET products to internal stakeholders and our customer’s providing guidance and training to enhance customer
  • Shape and lead our technology evolution ensuring solutions delivered are fit for purpose and delivered in time
  • Listening and identifying customer needs and trends to enable strategy development , implementation and revenue generating
  • Design and implementation of unique customer data insight dashboards
  • Develop, maintain our electric vehicle suitability analysis tool for our customers
  • Supplier relationship management and development with key partners within our technology environment to get the best from the platforms we operate
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation projects aimed at providing customer and internal fleet operating insight
  • Promote internal process simplification through digitalisation
  • Establish key performance metrics for the success of key projects
  • Stay informed and up to date with emerging technologies
