JOB SUMMARY

Raytheon’s Digital Technology (DT) organization ensures that RTX teams across the globe can communicate, collaborate, and innovate for customer success. Our MENA leadership team is presently seeking a Digital Technology Site Lead to join the Raytheon Emirates team. This role is a contingent upon contract award
In this role you will collaborate and partner with a diverse cross-section of digital technology, engineering, cybersecurity, and program leadership partners, in support of the Unclassified System Services, establishing a vision, setting a direction, developing, and motivating high-performing technical professionals to deliver business value and results.
This Accompanied Onsite role will be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Up to 10% travel as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering, and / or directly related information technology experience.
  • Experience with IT System Administration.
  • Experience in MS Windows and operating environments.
  • Experience in managing, supervising, or leadership in technical project / program management.
  • Experience with workforce planning and resource management.
  • UAE citizenship required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or other relevant degree.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience in the execution and management of Information System’s (IS) incident response and administrative inquiries / investigations.
  • Experience in the oversight and execution of a continuous monitoring / improvement program (to include but not limited to self-inspections, security control assessments, training, log management systems, automated inventory utilities, etc.).
  • Experience working with the customer, both internal and external in the development of Basis of Estimates (BOE’s) and contract negotiations, developing and communicating a business case for investment.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills, with ability to influence and drive change.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex issues, develop effective solutions, and drive to timely resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage conflicting tasks and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES TO ANTICIPATE

  • Manage annual operating plan (AOP) for the local team technology scope.
  • Collaborate with Information System Owners (ISO), contracting officers, and finance teams to ensure required level of cybersecurity support is supported and funded.
  • Establish goals and plans that meet project objectives; assisting in the direction and control activities, having overall responsibility for IT management, and methods to ensure that technical requirements are met.
  • Assist technical / management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments, providing support to plan, coordinate, and implement IT policies and strategies.
  • Participate in client negotiations and interface with senior management.
  • Lead and support day-to-day IT activities to increase operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and mitigate complex IT related issues and obstacles.
  • Support decision making and domain knowledge that may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
  • Gather and organize technical information about the mission goals and needs, existing products, and ongoing programs, implementing, and development of IT standards.
  • Partner closely with peer groups to enable flawless technology service delivery, and technology insertion / evolution.
  • Support direction provided by MENA DT Deputy Director, collecting and reporting performance and effectiveness metrics, and assist Mission Area prioritization and needs.
