Job Description
We are looking for an intermediate Excel knowledge, an attention-to-detail-oriented person.
Analysis thinking and customer service experience. Digital marketing experience is desired. Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable with technology and computers. The ideal candidate has independence focuses on quality and is eager to grow. Responsible for campaign setup, trafficking, and report generation in different ad servers.
Need to work closely with senior members of the Ad Operations Team to successfully execute, manage, and report on digital campaigns. Should provide exceptional service to the clients. Advertising campaign setup, trafficking, management, and report generation are the core responsibilities of this position. The ideal candidate has independence and focus on quality and is eager to grow together with more than 5.000 employees of Publicis Global Delivery in the world.If you are passionate about digital transformation, cross-team communication, and the digital ecosystem.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Bachelors in engineering, Commerce, Arts, or any relevant field.
  • Ideally at least 1-3 years of experience in Advertising Operations.
  • English Level B2+ or Higher (is a must)
  • MS Excel functions (Intermediate)
  • Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform
  • Experience with Ad-serving tools such as (Google Campaign Manager, Innovid, and Flashtalking) (Desired)
  • Experience managing Reporting tools (Datorama, Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI) (Desired)
  • An exceptional ability to learn new concepts and challenge the status quo.
  • Demonstrable ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly and efficiently

Responsibilities:

  • Extract insights from audience data, and effectively communicate to strategy and planning teams about their goals and objectives.
  • Share results from audience analytics reports with teams when available.
  • Proactively identify campaign behavior, reporting, and processes, callouts proactively when issues are found.
  • Individuals will be working on setting up Advertiser Campaigns, management, and execution of several top accounts while maintaining a high-quality standard for the Advertising Operations delivery team.
  • Monitor campaign delivery by post-live QA check to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives are met. This includes checking daily reports in CM360 & Sizmek.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for trafficking issues related to the Creative, HTML tags, publisher implementation, and escalating to third-party vendors when necessary.
  • Responsible for trafficking the campaigns in the ad-serving platform
