THE OPPORTUNITY:

Are you passionate about helping organizations develop their people and organizations? Are you looking for an opportunity to help modernize government training and learning strategy across digital transformations to increase mission focus? You will use your expertise in learning strategy and instructional design to examine complex organizations through an innovative perspective and make recommendations for improving learning practices and redesigning training. You will act as a liaison to clients, working to help them implement learning strategy. You will be expected to operate with limited supervision and substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. You will also be asked to serve as a Booz Allen practitioner in the management consulting pillars and assist with developing new service offerings and intellectual capital for talent and learning transformation efforts. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required .
