What will you be doing:

Drive Digital Transformation Strategy

  • Collaborate with product and executive management to align the digital transformation strategy with our overall business strategy, focusing on delivering tangible business value.
  • Work closely with business functions to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with business requirements, employing a multi-modal service model.

Grow and Lead the Digital Transformation Team

  • Lead a diverse team of product managers, program managers, and engineering teams, driving growth and engagement.
  • Mentor and develop the talent within your team, focusing on fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning

Manage Performance

  • Establish and monitor team quarterly OKRs and KPIs, ensuring they align with and contribute to the company’s strategic goals.
  • Manage the team and technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Lead Effective Technology Implementation

  • Collaborate with Enterprise & Solution Architecture teams on regional and global levels to develop a forward-thinking technology strategy and roadmap.
  • Advocate for and justify technology investments at the executive level, aligning them with long-term business goals.

What you’ll bring:

  • 8-10 years proven experience in effectively leading and managing teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Experience working within a project framework utilizing Scrum Agile methodologies.
  • Stakeholder management, fostering productive relationships with diverse stakeholders, and proficient in aligning their interests with organizational objectives to drive successful outcomes.
  • Proficiency in SAP or WD (Workday) systems is preferred.
  • Implementation and optimization of payroll systems, encompassing the setup, configuration, and management of payroll processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Experience with implementing HR applications and software suites is advantageous.
