Responsibilities:

  • You will focus on identifying digitalization needs within Region Europe East, organising ideation workshops, defining solutions for identified demand, and leading implementation projects to success, with emphasis on change management
  • Also, you will contribute to the definition of the REE digital strategy and roadmap
  • Under your responsibility will be preparing and leading ideation workshops to identify digitalization needs across Region Europe East
  • You will drive the preparation of business cases for the prioritization of initiatives and engage with the different business functions to understand their needs, propose and implement solutions
  • Effectively leading digital projects across organizational boundaries & promote execution will be part of your tasks
  • You will support reporting the delivered value out of the digital projects under your supervision
  • Further, you understand systems and emerging new digital technologies (data analytics, ML, AI, etc.) and opportunities to improve REE business process execution
