YOUR QUALIFICATION PROFILE:

• 5+ years of Global experience working is a similar role
• Previous or current DuPont experience is strongly preferred for this position
• Experience with digital solutions and their practical application (Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, Optimization Modeling, etc.)
• Business acumen to recognize high-value opportunities
• Project planning and management
• Influential written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Experience working with fast-moving, cross-functional, global teams
• Track-record in working impactfully with multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience working across business functions including R&D, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, and Support Functions
• Project and program management experience
• Deep planning and organization skills
• Understanding of agile digital project lifecycle from conception to delivery and scale
• Experience working in fast-moving environments
• Bachelor’s Degree required in Engineering, Technology, Business Analytics, or a STEM related field
• Master’s degree in science, or business focus is preferred

The Digital Value Delivery Consultant supports the Digital Value Delivery Leader by coordinating the digital opportunities pipeline, supporting portfolio product management, and driving the Digital Value Delivery team’s strategic objectives.
Please note this is a local onsite position at our Wilmington, Delaware corporate office

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the Digital Leader, drive engagements to deliver against expected value:
• work with and advise cross-disciplinary teams,
• track key indicators of delivered value,
• communicate progress, and
• proactively identify barriers (particularly those not covered by Agile, like stakeholder management)
• Influence critical decisions to ensure engagements meet business objectives
• Create defendable value estimations, using consistent frameworks
• Understand end to end process of new digital engagements with business stakeholders and development team (including 3rd parties)
• Partner with business units and business analyst to ensure the output of digital solutions meets business need and strategy goals
• Proactively assist in the design and continuous improvement of key enabling processes
